Adam is the driving force behind Lion's move into entertainment programming. Devised and executive producer credits in the last few years include ,Cash Cab (ITV1, Discovery US and 35 other territories), Playing It Straight (Channel 4 and Fox US), Let Me Entertain You (BBC2, US syndication), To Catch A Thief (BBC1, 10 other territories), The Box (TV3, optioned in the US), The Golden Lot (ITV1), House Trapped (Channel 4), Demolition Detectives (Channel 4), Million Dollar Babes (ITV2), The Police Bravery Awards (Sky One), Haunted Cities (Sky One). Previously Adam was Controller of International Entertainment at Endemol, working closely with Peter Bazalgette and John de Mol devising formats for both the UK and international markets. Adam was a key figure in broadening Endemol UK's output from leisure and music programming into reality and entertainment formats like Big Brother (Channel 4), Fame Academy (BBC1) and Fear Factor (Sky One). Before Endemol, Adam won an Emmy for his part in the creation of the Survivor format (Planet 24) which has gone on to become one of the most successful international formats ever. He was the co-creator and launch producer of Gamesmaster (Hewland International) which ran for seven series on Channel 4. Other producer credits include The Word and The Big Breakfast (both Planet 24 for Channel 4).
