DIANA: THE WRONG CRUSADE?

Synopsis:
Princess Diana campaigned for a global ban on land mines. Her argument was simple and powerful, augmented by the obvious suffering of the victims. It worked - within three months of her death a global ban was in place. We look at the problems caused by landmines globally, the efforts being made to deal with them, and what difference the Ottawa Treaty has made.
